Finnos Oy manufactures x-ray solutions and measuring devices for the sawmill industry. The company was founded in 2016 in Lappeenranta, and is today carrying out the supervision of the entire sawing process for several significant sawmills and pulp mills.
- Our cooperation with Azets started already in 2016. We were looking for a local accounting firm that could support a startup and in Azets we got one that really does, one of the company's founders, CEO Jere Heikkinen recalls.
Locality and sufficient size
Azets met Finnos' requirements. Locality and size convinced. From Azets, they use Netvisor and Navita as systems.
- We got the feeling that we could get support and security from them when our own skills or resources weren’t enough. Azets handles payroll and accounting for us. In practice, everything related to these matters is outsourced to them, so that we can focus on our main business, Heikkinen lists.
Cooperation extends outside Finland
Finnos has grown drastically since its foundation, and Azets acting as a supporter for growth has been an important part of the continuation of the cooperation. The company has also established a subsidiary in Sweden.
- If Azets has been able to support us from a company of three people to a company of more than a hundred people, I believe that their services are also suitable for other companies. We haven't had a need to look for something better, everything has worked great. In fact, we have also extended cooperation to the Swedish subsidiary Finnos AB, Heikkinen praises.
